LEASE OUT YOUR CONDO
If you own a condo in or close to the warehouse district of New Orleans and you need help finding a tenant, then we would love to help you get your property leased for you. For lease listings, we only take on condos that are no more than 5 miles away from our office. The honest reason is that anything further than that is just not profitable for us due to a number of factors. Gas prices, driving time, and parking fees to name a few. Also, we know every condo building within a 5-mile radius of our office, so technically, you can call us warehouse district / CBD condo specialists. So if you have a condo within a 5-mile radius of 220 Julia Street in New Orleans, then your lease listing may qualify.
The leasing process is simple. We charge a one-time fee of 60% of your full first month’s rent once your property is leased. 30% goes to the listing agent and the other 30% goes to the leasing agent who brings you a vetted and approved tenant who signs a fully executed lease.
We also don’t just accept any tenant who applies to rent your condo. We actually run a credit check, criminal check, and rental history on every adult applicant who wants to be on your lease. This will help ensure that you get a quality tenant who will most likely pay their rent on time. The cost of this credit, criminal, and rental history check is done by a 3rd party and the cost is usually a minimum of $25 per applicant. However, the applicant pays this fee, not you. All you have to do is approve or deny it.
